Installation Requirements:
To facilitate a complete and efficient installation of your Ikonomo garden room, you, the customer, are responsible for ensuring the following are in place prior to our installation team's arrival:
Suitable Hardstanding or Base: A level and suitably robust hardstanding or base, appropriate for the size and weight of the ordered garden room, must be prepared and located within the immediate area of the designated installation site. This base must provide adequate support and stability for the structure.
Electricity Supply: A safe and accessible electricity supply, compliant with current UK electrical regulations and suitable for connection to the garden room, must be available within the immediate area of the installation site. This supply should include an appropriate external socket or connection point as required for the intended use of the garden room.
